Yiwu Institute of Metrology Sliding Gate Project
Yiwu University of Metrology. Its full name is China Metrology University, and it is located in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. It is a university jointly established by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, as well as a key university co-built by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and the People’s Government of Yiwu City.
As of June 2021, the institution covers an area of 1,580 mu; it has jointly established the Yiwu Graduate School of China Metrology University with the Yiwu Municipal Government, comprising 18 colleges (departments) and offering 58 undergraduate majors. It has been granted authorization to confer master’s degrees in 15 first-level disciplines and to offer 10 professional master’s degree programs. The institution employs more than 1,300 full-time faculty members and enrolls over 20,700 full-time undergraduate students (including those at the School of Modern Science and Technology of China Metrology University) and more than 1,950 graduate students.
